How to get your password

If you are a current ATVANS member, but you got your membership in person through your local club you already have access to the ATVANS.org website*. All you will need is the email address that you provided for your membership.

Step 1

Click on the Log in button on the top right corner of the ATVANS.org website.

Step 2

Click on the Forgot password button in the window that appears.

Step 3

A Reset password request page will open. Enter the email address that you used for your membership into the highlighted area and then click the Submit button

Once you click the Submit button the screen below will appear letting you know that instructions to reset your password has been sent to you via email.

In your email client you should receive an instruction email from All Terrain Vehicle Association Nova Scotia. This might take some time. If you don't see it, check your SPAM folder as your email client may have labeled it as junk mail and moved it there.

In the email there will be detailed instructions on how to reset your password along with a link that takes you to the reset page. Note that this is a 1 time use link and will only be valid for a limited time, and only a 1 time use. If you forget your password or mis-typed it during the reset, you will have to request another password reset, start from Step 1 again.

Step 4

When you click on the link provided to you via email you will be taken to the Reset password page. Enter the password that you would like to use in BOTH fields, and then click Set new password.

Once you click the Set new password button, the message below will appear providing that the password you entered matched in both fields.

Step 5

You are now ready to log into the ATVANS.org website. Click on the Log in button on the top right of the ATVANS.org website. The pop up window will appear again. Use the following steps to log in:

1) Enter your email address

2) Enter the password that you created in Step 4

3) Click the Log in button

4) This is optional. If you would like your web browser to remember your email address and password you can click on the Remember me button.

Step 6

If this is your first time logging into the ATVANS.org website you will be asked to read and accept terms of use. If you agree with the terms of use then click the Continue button. If you do not agree with the terms of use, then click on the Cancel button.

Step 7

Now that you have your log in and password you can now log into the website at any time by clicking the Log in button on the top right of the ATVANS.org website.

From this window you can view your profile, change your password and also log out by clicking on your name that appears on the top right of the ATVANS.org website.

*Note that this only applies if your ATVANS membership is in good standing, and you provided a working email address when you paid for your current membership.
