Registration

  • Each member club in good standing may have two voting delegates at the AGM. Each delegate must be in good standing with their club and ATVANS.
  • Please note that space is limited and guest registration will be confirmed closer to the event.
    Guests are entitled to attend all weekend activities.

HOTEL INFORMATION

ATVANS has secured a special room rate of $121.00 plus tax, per night.
This rate is based on double occupancy. Triple and Quad rates available.

Rooms must be booked by March 21st, 2023.

Bookings after this date are subject to availability and the best available rate.
