Beaver Bank ATV Club Annual General Meeting

Members of the club are advised that on April 6^th 2022 at 7 p.m. the annual general meeting of the Beaver Bank ATV Club will be held at the Beaver Bank Lions Club on Sandy Lake Drive in North Beaver Bank. This meeting is required because a quorum was not achieved at the last meeting. During that meeting several officers resigned and the club will need to fill officer positions at this meeting. Several members have agreed to step up, however, not enough to have a full slate of officers. Beaver Bank ATV Club is one of the largest clubs in our province. With a full slate of officers and some committed volunteers the club will thrive.

This is a great opportunity to provide leadership and guidance at the club executive level. You will help guide the club with events, projects, membership, and landowner relations. As part of the executive team, you will help chart a great future for the club and sport of ATVing in your area.

Should the club be unable to fulfill their obligations under the bylaws a future meeting will be called to discuss dissolving or merging the club.

The bylaws require 10% of current members or 15 members, whichever is greatest, to achieve quorum. The current number of renewed 2022 members are 225 members and climbing. This would require 23 members in attendance as of March 21st 2022. Attendance will be taken to confirm a quorum and members must be on the official list of 2022 members at the time of the meeting.
