Weymouth ATV Appreciation Day Saturday June 18th

The Village of Weymouth once again invites us to the annual ATV Appreciation day. Sou West Atv Association and Acamuts are once again staging runs to this event.  This is the third year that the runs are taking place and the village is always happy to see us.
 
The Village is offering specials for riders throughout the village. Clubs are leaving Yarmouth and Digby /Annapolis.   50 50 draw, door prizes, some great food and scenery. This year they have done a lot of work on the Story book trail and there are picnic tables for those who want to site and enjoy the food.
 
The business community and the Municipality of Digby  have been very supportive and vocal in supporting our sport.  Monies raised will go to a local charity .  Previous year's donations have been to a young cancer patient and the in patient ward on the second floor at Yarmouth Hospital.
 
The rides take place  on Saturday the 18th, rain or shine.  A poster with more info is on the way.

Last year we had participants from Shelburne, Mid Valley, Sou West, Acamuts, Kings and Queens as well as several riders who were not Club members (we did manage to get some new people to join our clubs after they saw the benefits of being part of an active club.)
