Mid Valley ATV Club Jamboree/Poker Rally June 12-14, 2015

FOX MOUNTAIN CAMPING PARK PRICES

Camping available $24 a night for non-serviced sites and $32 a night for service sites; for reservations contact Fox Mountain Camping Park (902-847-3747; www.foxmountaincampingpark.com); or main office upon your arrival. Also, Fox Mountain Camping Park has several rental trailers available for the weekend; prices range from $100-$200 (depending on trailer size).

MID VALLEY JAMBOREE & POKER RALLY EVENTS & PRICING

Registration for the ATV poker run will be Friday evening 7pm-9pm and Saturday morning 8:30am-9:30am; at the park entrance booth near the First Aid Unit. Cost is $20.00 per ATV which includes one poker hand; (second rider no charge); additional poker hands will be available at a cost of $10.00. The poker run commences Saturday 10 am; approximately 80kms; prize structure 1st place $400; 2nd place $300; 3rd place $200; based on the three highest poker hands. Riders will make their first draw at registration; three along the trail; and one at final check in. Also, a cash BBQ facility will be available at the 3rd check point; sponsored by Kings County Search & Rescue.

Registration for the mud pit prize hunt; Saturday 4pm-4:30pm; cost is $2.00 per participant. The competition consists of non-motorized skills in which participants wade through the mud pit searching for two previously hidden bottles. Successful candidates will receive a small glass turkey in recognition of their effort. This is meant to be a fun event; come out and enjoy.

Entertainment Saturday 8 -11pm stage area.

Mid Valley ATV Club will also be coordinating a Sunday brunch run to Berwick; approx. 30kms; no charge. Event will be leader lead; leaving the Camping Park at 10am.  

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

All event participants are to meet at the registration booth near the First Aid Unit; per the scheduled event time.

Meet & greet Friday evening; informal social around the fire pit near the stage area; come out& chat with fellow ATV enthusiasts.   

Breakfast will be available at the canteen (next to stage); on Saturday morning 7:30-10:00am. Supper will be available Saturday from 4-7pm, regular canteen prices with possible daily special available.

Pressure washer will be available for a fee; $5.

Dealers with their products will be on site.

Draw prizes approx value $600.

During the weekend 50/50 tickets $1.00 each will be sold; winning ticket will be posted at the final check in; upon riders return.
