As of 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 29th 2025, the woods have reopened in the following counties: Antigonish, Guysborough, Inverness, Richmond, Victoria, CBRM. The woods and trails remain closed until further notice in all other counties.
If you would like to ride in any other areas, please wait until those trails open to purchase your Short Term 30-Day Permit. No refunds due to the current woods ban will be offered after August 29th 2025.
