An update was received from TIR concerning the Digby Area Trail Closure that due to some unforeseen delays the Digby Trail will remain closed until May-June 2018 timeframe.

The Digby ATV club has been advised by Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal that due to Highway overpass construction on Highway 101 near Marshalltown the trail leading to and from Digby in that area will be closed. This closure will start on Monday Dec 18, 2017 and beginning that date that trail going to Digby will be inaccessible until the project is finished. We understand this work is anticipated to be completed March 2018.

The trail will be Blocked Off from the paved road in Jordantown to the dirt road on the Upper Cross road.
